How to Re-Install

Windows
  1. Completely close Premiere Pro

  2. Install latest version of ZXP Installer

  3. Open ZXP Installer with Admin Privileges (Run as Administrator)

  4. Uninstall the Captioneer extension using ZXP installer:

    • ZXP Installer > Premiere Pro > Captioneer > Uninstall

  5. Restart machine but do not open Premiere

  6. Reinstall extension with:

    • ZXP Installer > File > Open > Captioneer.zxp

    • If it asks for "All Users", select "All Users"

  7. After installation go to:

    • ZXP Installer > More > Reset Preferences

  8. Open Premiere Pro and extension

    • Window > Extensions > Captioneer

Mac
  1. Completely close Premiere Pro

  2. Install latest version of ZXP Installer

  3. Open ZXP Installer

  4. Uninstall the Captioneer extension using ZXP installer:

    • ZXP Installer > Premiere Pro > Captioneer > Uninstall

  5. Restart machine but do not open Premiere.

  6. Reinstall extension with:

    • ZXP Installer > File > Open > Captioneer.zxp

  7. After installation go to:

    • ZXP Installer > More > Reset Preferences

  8. Open Premiere Pro and extension

    • Window > Extensions > Captioneer
