Import Captions

By default

Drag + drop a captions file onto the panel or hit Browse to navigate. Captioneer supports caption file formats: SRT, VTT, and CSV.

SRT

SubRip Subtitle files (.srt) are plain text files which include the text of the subtitles in sequence, along with the start and end timecodes.

VTT

Web Video Text Tracks (.vtt) are like SRT, only with more metadata, editing, and styling options.

CSV

Comma Separated Values files (.csv) are plain text files that contain a list of data.

Export CSV files from Premiere Pro's Text window (Transcript, Captions, or Graphics) for correct formatting.

We advise using sequences with whole frame-rates (24, 25, 30, 60, etc).
