Scale MOGRTs to sequence frame size

Premiere Pro has 3 settings to auto-scale clips in the timeline: None, Scale to frame size, and Set to frame size. This setting is located in Premiere Pro's Preferences (Settings > Media > Default Media Scaling).

For best results using Captioneer, set Premiere Pro's Default Media Scaling to None and use the checkbox inside the extension.

If you enable both Premiere Pro's Default Media Scaling and Captioneer's scaling, your .mogrts may get scaled twice.
